How we protect your sign-ins
Invilo signs in to your platforms with the sign-ins you save. So we look after them at every step: when you save them, when they're used and afterwards.
A credential's journey
From the moment you type it to the moment Invilo signs in to your platform.
You save it once
You type the user name and password in Invilo. They travel encrypted from your browser.
Encrypted field by field
Each detail is encrypted on its own and bound to your company: copied to another account or company, it won't open.
Nobody sees it again
Not you, not anyone at Invilo: no screen shows it, Administration included. To change it, you type it again.
Opened only to sign in
During one of your company's collections, one detail at a time and just as it's typed. Each opening is logged in that collection.
The AI never sees it
The detail reaches the form through a one-time link that expires in two minutes. It never goes through the AI's conversation.
An isolated space for each company
Your credentials, invoices and collections are kept apart from any other company's, and each collection starts from scratch, with nothing left from the one before.
What protects your data
Beyond credentials: how Invilo treats your platforms, your invoices and your account.
Read and download only
Invilo's rules forbid it to pay, delete, cancel or change settings on your platforms.Everyone sees their own

Your data is yours
What you keep in Invilo is up to you, today and the day you leave.
Take it whenever you like
Download your invoices as a ZIP, filtered by date, platform or amount.Delete it whenever you like
Deleting your company deletes everything: platforms, credentials, invoices and their files.
Security questions
What people ask us most before saving a sign-in.
Can anyone at Invilo see my passwords?
Not on any screen: neither the app nor Administration shows them. They're only decrypted, one detail at a time, at the moment of signing in to your platform during a collection, and each time is logged.
And if someone stole the database?
They'd find encrypted data. The key to open it isn't kept in the database.
Can Invilo pay for or change anything in my accounts?
No. Invilo only signs in to read and download invoices: its rules forbid it to pay, delete, cancel or change settings.
What if a platform asks for a code?
Invilo tells you and asks you for it. The code you type is used once and isn't kept.
